TL;DR; most MVPs are about product (because of the P, I guess). But what about the minimum viable distribution for your product? What is/was your sales and marketing "MVPs"?

Start with the audience before the product and your already reaching customers to ask. People focus on product before customers and that’s the fastest way to failure if your not your own customer.
