Tiny win: This message was waiting for me after a four-day break

So I finally opened the QA email I've been avoiding since the beginning of my self-imposed break four days ago.

I spent hours last week getting the sync between my app and its Google Sheet to work smoothly. After three days, I was beyond done. The agency doing my UI/UX review sent me their latest QA note, but I didn't open it. Instead I took four days off to clean my house, unroll my neglected yoga mat, try some new recipes, and most importantly, prove to my cats and dog that I can do more than stare at the shiny screen all day. For four days, I pretended that message didn't exist.

Today, with my breath held, I finally opened it.

I've been building this thing for nearly two years, and I think one of the stranger things about building something mostly in isolation is how long you can remain psychologically braced for the next thing to be broken.

And then it's just, fixed.

Today, as I get ready for beta, was also the day I announced to my wider circle of friends and family that Payday Relay exists.

Anyway, it was a good day to get this message.
