When I started Stripe was not in india yet.

I am in middle of migration right now.

Will move everything to Stripe this month

I heard with Stripe India customers need to fill more details like home address?
which is not the case with other payments like Paddle.

How is your experience with Razor pay? I never get a human response emails from them, only auto-replys, I couldn't trust them.

          RazorPay support is terrible.

          1. They don't have phone support. They give you a number , but that number always say recorded reply " All our support executive are busy. We don't want you to wait. Please raise support ticket". Basically they just fool the customer

          2. Their chat support sucks. The guy on the other end will be chatting with many customer at the same time. So he reply slowly. After some time , he forgets the context of the chat and just give some useless answers

          3. Their email support is worst. Most of the time they send a pre formatted email content with no personalization. With that they just send a reference ticket number. You don't get any clue about what's the ticket was all about in first place.

          4. They don't have interface where I can search all my support ticket and look into for the status.

          5. When we go on chat support, the guy asked for ticket number for reference. I can remember the issue but how can their remember their ticket number. They just don't understand the customer pain.

          6. Their international payment fails most of the time. I have got around 30% failure rates of all international payments.
