Underpriced App went live on iOS AppStore - AI Profit Calculator for Resellers & Flippers

After months of building, I just launched Underpriced app on iOS and wanted to share the journey with this community.
The problem: I've been into reselling and flipping as a side hustle. The hardest part isn't finding items, it's quickly evaluating whether something is worth buying. You're standing in a thrift store, holding some vintage gadget, and you need to decide in 30 seconds if it's worth $5 or $500.
The solution: Underpriced is an AI-powered reselling app that analyzes product photos and cross-references real sold data from eBay, Mercari, and more to give you instant pricing estimates and flip recommendations, right from your iPhone.
Tech stack:
• React + Vite frontend
• Vercel serverless functions for API
• Firebase for auth and data
• Capacitor for the iOS wrapper
• Gemini API for image analysis
• eBay API for comparable sales data
What I learned building this:
• Capacitor made the web to iOS transition surprisingly smooth
• AI costs add up fast, so I had to implement smart caching and a credit system
• The reselling community is incredibly engaged and gives great feedback
Where things stand:
• Web app has been live since November 2025
• Android launched earlier this year
• iOS just went live this week
• Growing toward profitability with a credit-based model
