If this solves window management in a consistent way across all three platforms, it would be a killer app. I often work across different operating systems and constantly struggle with keeping things organised.
One thing though, your copy is slightly misleading. "All-in-one cross-platform Windows Manager" makes it sound like it's a manager for Microsoft Windows. Calling it "a cross-platform window manager" would be clearer.
