We just made Clixad's cheapest AI models free

We've been experimenting with different ways to make AI coding more accessible without pretending that AI inference is actually free.

The latest change is probably the simplest one so far:

Our five cheapest models are now free to use.

There's a daily limit shared across all five models. The cheaper the model, the more free turns you get:

gpt-5-nano: ~31 turns/day
gemini-2.5-flash-lite: ~19
deepseek-v4-flash: ~15
gemini-3.1-flash-lite: ~7
kimi-k2: ~3

The model picker shows how many free turns are left for the day.

Once the free turns are used up, the models work like before and cost credits again.

We're also keeping the sponsor line and feedback rewards on the free models, just at a lower rate.

The goal with Clixad isn't to give everyone unlimited access to expensive models for free. It's to give people a realistic way to start AI coding without needing a subscription or their own API key.

For someone doing a few prompts here and there, these free turns should make it possible to get quite a bit done without touching their credits.

We've just pushed the update, so we'd be interested to hear how the new free model limits feel in actual use.
