Website Development Initiation
Very new to indiehackers, and am not sure how to start building a website.
I would like some pros and cons to each of the following:
-Hiring a developer
-Relearn HTML and CSS
-Use a website that will allow me to build one like a PowerPoint
I'm thinking most strongly about the last one, but fear it will come across as unprofessional. I do not yet have a product in mind, but know I need to start working on marketing before hand.

I'd go for option 3 - using a website builder. You'll learn a lot quicker whether or not you're ideas are worth pursuing.
Once you find an idea that's worth pursuing, you can always reevaluate. Depending on the idea, you might want to stick with the website builder or take a different route.
Oh that's very clever. Never thought of escalating it's quality as time continued.
