Week 1 Update: SupportBridge – Added Free Support Audit + First Feedback & What I Learned

Hey Indie Hackers

Exactly 5 days since launching SupportBridge.

What’s new this week:

Added Free Support Audit feature (forward your last 100 support emails → I send a PDF report in 24-48 hrs showing exact repetitive % + time/ROI saved).

Live on Peerlist + PitchWall.

First 5 people already signed up for the 14-day pilot.

Honest status:

Update (March 30, 2026): SupportBridge has now moved out of early testing. We have several teams actively running 14-day pilots. The product is live and performing well.

2 founders gave feedback: “Max 1 reply rule feels safe” and “Escalation with full context is the real win”.

One person pointed out edge cases — I’m already working on better context passing.

The biggest learning so far:
Founders don’t want another chatbot. They want something dead simple — just forward email to support@ and get safe AI help without losing control.

If your support inbox has repetitive questions (onboarding, setup, billing, refunds), forward your last 100 emails to audit@supportbridge.tech and I’ll send you the report.

Would love your thoughts:
Would the Max 1 reply rule actually help your team?

Any feature you want next?
