What you will be doing :

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
An Ideal Candidate will have -

Track record of implementing well designed mobile applications

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

Experience of working with Social Network Integration (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

Experience with In-app purchase and social networking integration.

You need to first talk about who you are and why someone should consider working with you only for equity. Even though your post is very detailed, it is more like a job description for which someone should get paid. If you are looking for a co-founder, you need to talk more about you first and less about the technical details in the beginning. So, who are you and what exactly do you bring to the table ?
The reality is that plenty of people are looking for co-founders and a classic mistake we all make is that we just assume that people are willing to join us for free. Unless you have a proven past, no one cares about the job description. If you don't have a proven past, then you really need to sell yourself FIRST and hopefully connect with someone who is willing to work with you. All the best.

I consider myself non technical is because i cannot code but i know clearly what work has to be done in which project because i prefer to have a bit of knowledge about whatever business i am starting up so i don't get conned and which is my way of working.
I prefer being sarcastic with people i know, i don't know you and would not like to explain you about "sarcasm"
