Today i pushed https://www.justdevjobs.com online using Netlify. It's only using dummy content for now, but it's a start. There are a few major aspects of the functionality that need building too. I also added the product to Indie Hackers. In my eyes, I now have an obligation to get this thing up and running, because it's being seen by people. Do other people feel personally responsible for getting products up and running?

What made you decide to go static over using a wordpress job board solution? I'm thinking about starting a niche job board as well but am torn between tech stack options.
Thanks for the question! I've heard loads about Netlify recently, and i like the idea of quick rebuilds and deployments. Also, the running cost of this website are tiny (free at the minute). I haven't even had to put my card details into netlify or google firebase, because the power required to run this website is tiny. Plus it gave me the opportunity to work with a new 'tech' in netlify :) (bit of context, im a full stack dev, but ive worked mainly with wordpress for the last year, so wordpress was my first choice - i just wanted to push myself a little bit)
Yeah it's amazing but check this out dude. stackbit.com It's hard to imagine but this makes the process even easier and it lets you select the static site generator, theme, and cms and configures everything for you...it's insane.
