What are the best PPC platforms for a SaaS aimed to software engineers?

Hello there lovely people! I'm reaching an exciting stage of my product development where I want to start bringing in users. Since it's aimed at python/django developers (it's a Celery dashboard/monitoring tool, if anyone is familiar with it).

My initial idea is that a SaaS can bring in anywhere from $50-$150 per user per month, with a lifetime value of at least 1-2 years so there's room for spending on PPC ads to acquire users, if my goal is to bring in the first 10-20-50 users as fast as possible.
