What are your biggest pain points when trying to make your product look beautiful and professional?

I'm writing a new series to help indie hackers improve the design of their product, and want to make sure that I focus on things that will actually help.
What are your biggest pain points when trying to make your product look beautiful and professional?
It can be anything: logo design, colors, typography, contrats, shapes, illustrations, layout, etc.

For me, it would be mainly the size of the different content elements, such as the title, subtitle, buttons and the space and ratio between them.

For me, it would be choosing the right color for the product and color matching. Another pain point is which font to use, and the font combinations to apply.
The CTA wording and generalling how to use the right words to sell what I'm trying to sell as concisely as possible sometimes proves to be a challenge.
