What can I do to attract the right people to my site?
Hi all, I’m working on a job board for customer facing engineering jobs (think job listings for for software engineers that are in customer facing roles likes sales engineer, solutions engineer, partner engineer).
Though I have the MVP built but not launched yet, I’m having trouble figuring out how to build content to attract visitors to the site.
Any tips for generating content to get the word out about it? I'm looking to market to two types of people:
- Companies that are in need of these roles
- Job seekers looking for these roles
I'm currently building an MVP for getting people their first few organic users. This means that people who would want such a product could find it and use it. Beyond this those people could become advocates for your product and return they would receive something. I think it could help you. Let me know if your interested.
Also I'd say try and find threads on reddit where these people hang out and just comment on them in a sincere way and let them know about what your building. Also, if you have a twitter or facebook and are friends with these people post there.
