What do you actually look at after launching an MVP?
Launching is getting easier.
Knowing what to pay attention to after launch still feels surprisingly messy.
You suddenly have:
traffic,
signups,
drop-offs,
feature usage,
feedback,
support questions,
maybe a few paying users.
But not all of those signals deserve the same weight.
I’ve been thinking about this while working on built.new, especially around what happens after an app is actually live.
We’re interested in the full loop, not just generating the first version:
build → launch → observe → improve
