My name is Emil and I am a co‑founder of UNTILL
We built UNTILL because as parents (and humans constantly on our phones), we’ve seen first-hand how easily screens hijack dinners, weekends, and even quick moments with the people we care about most. So, after spending a lot of time in big tech, we decided to do something about it.
UNTILL gamifies and rewards for how you unscreen to enhance your relationships with your family, friends, colleagues, and community, and to improve your relationship with your devices.
Our purpose is to encourage people to reclaim their Time and Attention, and to value authentic human connection.
We aren't anti-technology, but we do believe that we can all be connected without feeling the urge to compulsively reach for our phones every few minutes. We value choice, mindfulness, and authenticity.
We envision a world where the benefits of being off-screen outweigh those that tether us to our devices.
Today's launch is an early step towards a world where digital interactions are safe, mutually beneficial, effective and trusted.
How you can help us today,
- Download UNTILL & invite others (https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id6759238411?pt=127468492&ct=5&mt=8)
- Follow your friends and unscreen together
- Share moments and tag us on IG (@untill_app) if you would like to be featured in our "what do you do when you unscreen" segment
- Share your feedback, we'd love to hear from this community what resonates, what's missing, what would UNTILL truly valuable in your life.
Thank you for checking us out and supporting us in this early stage.

I like the concept — attention and time management is something people are becoming way more conscious of.
Are you approaching this more as a productivity tool or something more behavioural/habit-driven?
