I'm really glad to hear you like the idea! I think it's nearly impossible to compete with a giant like Intercom on features, so that's definitely out of the question. That being said, we are aiming to make this product simple, fun to use, and affordable for the average Joe like me - who can't really invest thousands per month just to have a third party onboarding solution.

We successfully solved the problem of affordable scalability, which is the most important problem when it comes to pricing this service. Because of this, we are going to be able to charge a fraction of the price.

We're aiming to build something that does few things, but does those few things right!

Our secret weapon for this project is our Co-Founder who is a UI/UX designer!

She won us a design award for Scrumbs ( https://www.scrumbs.app ) - she's pretty awesome.
