What features do you find most useful in a CRM?

This is exciting. I used to be a CRM consultant and have done projects in Salesforce, Hubspot, and Microsoft Dynamics. That being said, I'm also an Indie Hacker - go disrupt Oracle and the rest PLEASE.

I LOVE CRMs and my coworkers/clients all say it's hands down my greatest skill. To the point where I started a YouTube Channel and am launching a course on how to use CRMs.

I would LOVE to participate in further discovery of questions, comments, friction with existing solutions, etc, etc, etc.

I would even welcome the opportunity to host a sort of interview with you on either my blog www.marketingqualified.com/blog/ or to play with your solution as part of a hands-on YouTube video. Your product would be the first I review on my channel and we could make it a feedback sort of video or highlighting things I notice for your team's feedback!

Fav CRM features:

1. Users, Teams, and security roles for Teams
2. Round-Robin Lead Assignment - MS Dynamics is awful for this
3. Text notifications - a CRM Admin's saving grace (I use this to be notified of security breaches)
4. Custom Objects!!! I can't believe how many CRMs miss this feature. It literally shocks me!! I have 3 businesses and a family real estate company and custom objects/entities would be a MASSIVE value-adding feature.
