What payment providers would suit me? (Payments initiated by the sender)

Hi,

I am building Nayvy to automate recurring payments such as rent and other utilities, donations and just sending money home to family.

My type of customers would be people who do not want to be reminded to for example pay a regular fixed bill, or have to always manually send money to family every month or so.

I'd like them to give me their card details, and the bank details of the receiver, and when to charge their cards and send the money - so ideally the receiver will not have to register with my platform, but the sender has to.

Most payment providers I have looked at, like Stripe, require that the receiver be registered as well, with them, so that they can receive payouts - they do some validations on the receiving party.

For my case, the receiver may not be known, but we have their bank a/c details, and we know the sender since they initiate the payment (if we have to do background checks, then it has to be on the sender).

What payment providers out there would suit me?
