What's the hardest part of working with Influencers?

Trouble figuring it out or finding them or what?

Learn how you can make them more money. Approach someone with "status" as a human-being and not another scammer trying to leverage their klout I know a few successful music producers and they interface with artist all the time. I played college football and some of my friends are still pro athletes. Just show that you are valuable and it will not be as hard as you think. Last thing, build relationships instead of just making transactions. What type of influencers are you targeting?

I don't have trouble, seeing what others are having trouble doing. Thanks for your perspective. I like keeping it all humane. But there definitely is a difference between marketers trying to use influencers and what I was doing when I was working with influencers (as an agency) and trying to pay them.
Funny enough, it sounds easy and if you want to pay influencers seems like you should get a 100% response rate, but we didn't and I don't know anyone who ever did.

No matter what seems to matter most is "fit". with or without money. Sometimes a marketer can give access or a priceless experience to influencers and that trumps cash in some instances.
