Where are the developers who actually want to build things of their own instead of working for someone in croporate markets?

Hey everyone, quick question.

Where do you find devs who are actually down to co-build serious, independent projects ?

I’m currently solo-coding a utility healthcare platform (Vite, React, Node.js). The MVP is fully functional on my local machine right now, and I’m just trying to find a couple of part-time, high-accountability builders to jump in on the architecture sprints with me (frontend, backend, pentesting).

Traditional platforms feel like a dead end for equity setups, and it's tough finding people who are actually updated with modern stacks and ready to ship code.

Any specific Discord servers, hidden groups, or strategies you’d recommend to find real co-builders?
