Hi Elvio, in my opinion, nothing beats just starting something of your own. The things you have to face will teach you on so many things that are hardly mentioned in all the books, articles, podcasts, etc. There are small things that hardly anyone considers, once they learn how to deal with them.
But to give an answer that hopefully helps - seek out blogs/vlogs of people who are currently building a business and documenting every step of the way. There are more and more people starting to do this.

Yep, in this spirit, I really loved the early days of codepen radio, the podcast of the team behind CodePen.io. I find it a bit less interesting nowadays (at least for me, not what I'm looking for in a podcast), but the early days were inspiring, you really had the feeling you were following the three founders in the project building and development and growth. I find most of my sources on twitter and via communities like Indiehackers. Medium category pages are also a good place to find good content.

I like podcasts. Here's a great list:
I personally like the IH podcast of course, then Pat Flynn SPI, Product People and Mega Maker by Justin Jackson
Books mainly. You gain a lot from those who came before and have taken the time to invest in detailing their learnings and strategies. Medium, Hacker News and Quora are also great for the same reason.
