Why so many website builders are coming out?
Why are people building similar website builders? I do not think that it is a big issue in the business world. What do you think?

Every online business needs a website, the market is worth billions.
I spoke to a ton of agencies and the ones that don't use opensource CMS like Wordpress or Django CMS all have custom website builders/CMS.
The funny thing I learnt is that while it helped at the start most of them regret it.
It slows them down and employees leave because they have to maintain legacy code.
Website builders seem like free money, someone pays you $15 a month and you pay $1 for hosting.
In reality the market is so competive and companies like Squarespace will spend $300+ to get a customer.
A ton of website builders have failed (i have been building one for 18 months and seen a bunch come and go)
You can't just be 10% better you need to be a 10x better.

We host their site for them.
We also have a blogging CMS that adds a lot of value compared to just a template.
Do you guys think these builders are eating into WordPress? Has WordPress peaked?
