Will you be interested in a Trello-like board backed by git repo?

Imagine we have a Trello-like board, however, the data is stored in the same git repo where all the source code stores. This way, when a user submits a pull request, she can also mark the task as closed in the same PR. And when the PR is merged in, the status of the task is also merged into the master branch. Hence the PR status and the task status will never be out of sync.
