Will you pay $25 for an ebook which answers your questions about admission to Master's program?

Hello fellow hackers.
So while I am busy building the vertical search niche for graduate programs, I am brainstorming of ways to monetize the site.
The site is only lists U.S. Graduate schools (Master's program) and serves both International and domestic students.

We are curating the data from various college sites, parsing, cleaning and then categorizing based on specializations example computer science, data science, child psychology, health administration.

I was wondering that since Master's program is a 2 year process and can cost anywhere from 40k to 140k, as a student will you be willing to buy an ebook that compiles data from all the colleges for that program, compares them for cost, admissions and admission deadlines?

Or you will prefer to buy the book only if it answers your questions about financial aid specific to that program?
