Would Slack block this idea?

I have a product idea in the form of a Slack app + web app.

Part of the idea allows users to export some number of Slack messages in any public channel of their workspace. These messages would be persisted and readable in the web app.

I read through Slack's Acceptable Use Policy, Developer Policy, and API Terms of Service and saw nothing suggesting that exporting and archiving messages into a separate location is against their rules.

But, I'm concerned that this idea is at odds with Slack's 10,000 message limit policy on their free plan, a limit they leverage to entice users to upgrade to paid plans.

Has anyone had experience with facing something similar with Slack?

Furthermore, even if my use case is not specifically outlined in their Terms of Service, can they still decide to block my app upon review anyway? Should I just reach out to them to get a direct answer?
