Took resolving a FastAPI/starlette dependency conflict and a version upgrade to get there, but now users can connect Claude directly to their workspace data and ask it things like 'what's overdue' or 'what deals are stuck in the pipeline.'

I’ve spent a lot of time working with agencies and freelancers, and one problem kept coming up: the work is everywhere.
Client information in one tool.
Projects somewhere else.
Invoices in another.
Schedules, tasks, files, communication — all scattered across different platforms.
That’s why I started building Agencly.
Agencly is an all-in-one workspace designed to help agencies manage their clients, projects, teams, workflows, invoicing, and day-to-day operations from one place.
The goal isn’t to build another complicated enterprise platform. I want Agencly to be simple, affordable, and actually useful for small and growing agencies.
I’ve just launched a completely redesigned marketing site to better explain what we’re building and who it’s for.
This is still early, and there’s a lot left to build.

The idea sounds great, but the website seems very complicated, it has to be easy so that it becomes a handy tool, not something one would need to learn from scratch.

That’s a fair point. One of the things I’m trying to avoid is making “all-in-one” mean overwhelming. The idea is that agencies should be able to start with what they actually need rather than having to learn the entire platform upfront. Definitely something I’m keeping an eye on as I build.

The interesting part is the attempt to unify the agency workflow without turning it into another heavyweight platform. The key question is whether small agencies actually want one workspace badly enough to replace the tools they already have.

Yeah, I think that’s the biggest question too. I don’t expect established agencies with a deeply integrated stack to switch overnight. I’m initially more interested in smaller agencies and freelancers who are already feeling the pain of stitching several tools together. I’m hoping to validate exactly where that pain becomes strong enough to justify switching.

1That makes sense. The switching threshold for those smaller agencies should be interesting to watch as you get more users.
