Non-logging VPN providers are one of the most popular services used by the bad guys. We have built our own datasets of outbound IP addresses. We have implemented scraping services that constantly build all the data sets. These processes keep the IP address list of the most popular VPNs fresh and accurate. We start with NordVPN and ExpressVPN, two of the most popular no-logging VPN providers with hundreds of servers each deployed worldwide.
For any user of Apility.io, a False Positive occurs when an IP address, domain or email is classified with a negative score and as result, it’s marked as ‘malicious’ or simply ‘bad’, but the resource is not ‘bad’ or at least is not ‘bad’ anymore. We want to help users to define the right level of accuracy and that’s why we now have two new properties: List Sensitivity and Taxonomies.
This month we introduce the first command line interface (CLI) tool to access our API services. We bundle the Python Library currently we use for our in-house developments (we are a Python house).
The new annual subscription plans have a 25% discount compared to our existing monthly plans.
As part of a strategy to build tools and libraries to boost the productivity of our users, the new CLI tool allows easy access from the command line of your favourite operating system to our API. The tool is tagged as alpha (v0.0.2), but it's quite stable and can be used in Windows, Mac and Linux right away.
More trial users became customers and now we are on the $3000 MMR, less than six months since our first customer signed up!
As our user base grows they demand easier tools to integrate our API with their own services and applications. So we are building new tools and libraries to boost the productivity of our users. The library is tagged as alpha (v0.0.3), but it's quite stable and can be integrated into your developments easily:
