Convert your written voice into a video in minutes!
Automation & integrations
- MCP server (June) â the flagship release. Connect Blog2Video to any AI agent and drive the full pipeline (scenes â voiceover â render) from a single prompt. Documented integrations for Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, Mistral, n8n, and Make (8 dedicated integration posts, June 4).
¸ Voice & narration
- ElevenLabs voice control (June) expose emotion, delivery speed, and tonal exaggeration as direct controls per voiceover.
- Add/delete voiceover per scene (June) attach or remove narration from any single scene without re-rendering the whole video.
âï¸ Editor
- Redesigned scene editor (June) cleaner layout, reorganized controls, faster interaction model.
- Script regeneration (June) give a scene a new tone/angle/framing and it rewrites that scene's script instantly.
- Per-orientation image adjustment (May) reposition/re-crop images independently for landscape vs. portrait so subjects stay framed.
ð¥ Collaboration (the "on a roll" June release)
- Team collaboration invite co-editors with roles (Owner / Editor / Pending), scene-level threaded comments, and live co-editing with real-time cursors and "X editing" presence chips.
- Edit history / Activity drawer full audit trail, field-level diffs, AI-edits flagged separately from human edits, and one-click revert of any changeset (yours or a teammate's).
¨ New templates
- Bloomberg Terminal (May) amber-on-dark trading-terminal aesthetic for finance.
- Chronicle (May) cream/serif "printed volume" look with drop caps for long-form narrative.
- Sakura (June) Japanese-inspired system: ink-brush kanji titles, drifting petals, fractal cherry tree, washi textures, hanko seal.
- Finance Publication (June 14) sober, authoritative template built for the ~70% of paid users who are finance publishers.
ð¥ New input sources
- Meeting recordings video (May 7) Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Fireflies, and Loom transcripts/summaries.
- AI chat video (May 22) turn a Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini conversation share link into a video.
ð¤ Export & sharing
- Four export formats (May) MP4, PNG slides (great for LinkedIn carousels), PDF deck, and PowerPoint.
- URL + iframe embeds (May) every output ships with a shareable link and paste-ready iframe (no third-party host).
𧰠New free tools
- Free stock data visualizer (June 30) live price history (7/30/day) + income statement/balance sheet for any ticker via yfinance, styled in Newscast, Bloomberg, or Newspaper themes; free with an account.
ð° Growth / pricing / ecosystem
- Referral program (May) â both parties get 5 free videos per signup.
- Bulk pricing (May) â $4/video (1-9), $3 (10-29), $2.80 (30+).
- BlogHub launch (May 23) companion "Product Hunt for blogs" with free backlinks, AEO-optimized profile pages, and community rankings.
- Custom branded template service formalized/documented in May (designer-built templates from a brand's fonts, colors, and layout logic).
Growth signal along the way: the June posts cite the jump from ~800 daily creators / 1,000 videos to 3,500+ creators, 6,000+ videos, 439K scenes their fastest-growing stretch.
Two caveats on dating: the "Six Features" post is dated May 1, so those items (Bloomberg/Chronicle templates, per-orientation images, 4-way export, embeds, referrals/bulk pricing) sit right at the boundary include or exclude depending on whether you want strictly after May 1. And several May/June posts (competitor comparisons, LinkedIn/Substack growth guides) are marketing/educational, not product changes, so I left them out.
I wanted to turn my Blog posts into videos. Editor wanted $30K. Built my own tool instead.
The problem:
SEO plateaued. Social wants video. My best Blog posts were just sitting there.
What I tried:
Editors — $300–$1,000 per video. For 50 posts? $15K–$50K.
AI video tools — Generic stock footage, robotic scripts that didn't sound like me. Expensive for long posts.
So I built something different:
Doesn't generate videos from scratch. Translates your Medium posts into video, faithfully.
- Pulls your actual post—structure, arguments, voice
- AI breaks it into scenes
- No stock footage—animated text, diagrams, clean layouts (built with Remotion)
- Real voiceover (ElevenLabs)
Looks professional, not "AI content."
Converted 50+ Blog posts this way. Saved tens of thousands.
First video free, no card.
Paste Blog URL → script → video in minutes.

Love this approach — building your own tool instead of paying $30K to an editor. Respect. The "no stock footage, animated text + real voiceover" is a smart differentiator. Most AI video tools feel generic; yours sounds like it actually respects the original writing.
One question: before you built this, did you validate if bloggers/Marketers would actually pay for it? Or did you build first and then find out?
I learned that lesson the hard way (6 months wasted), which is exactly why I built TrendyRevenue – AI validation for startup ideas. Free tier gives you a sanity check (market demand, competitors). Pro ($39/mo) adds source‑cited competitor gaps + revenue modeling — super useful when you're planning your next feature or pricing tier.
If you ever expand Blog2Video (e.g., LinkedIn post support, multi‑language voiceovers), run it through TrendyRevenue's free tier first. It’ll tell you which direction has real demand before you spend weeks coding. And if the signal is strong, Pro helps you nail the positioning.
Keep shipping. Already following your journey. 🔥
