Got hype about this idea again.
Spent two years not thinking about this - was originally planning to launch end of 2018.
Started thinking about how I can dramatically cut down what I want to build, and got excited about it all over again. My biggest competitor has grown so big they've generalised to hit more industries - I want to hit the niche.

Validated idea
Confirmed that it's not just me who has this problem. Got survey responses from ~50 wedding florists in Australia - over 60% are using spreadsheets + pen & paper to manage the admin for huge weddings. Almost zero are using software.

Would you like to join our bootcamp for bootstrappers? We basically just form little groups to help each other build and launch stuff. I think this project would be a great one to build there and launch there.
