Caltimate

Caltimate is a calendar that runs on the Mac itself and syncs with Google Calendar.

Hit control option space from anywhere, say "tomorrow 3pm client meeting", and it's on the calendar. There's no window to find first.

It pulls the meeting link out of the invitation so joining is one click, and it measures the travel time from wherever you are, so the alert to leave shows up before you'd thought to work it out.
