We decided to go Open Source! We thought about it from the very beginning since project management as a service was our main profession before and actually still is. By going Open Source we expand our service offer by including short-term services like project kick-offs, lessons learned workshops or PMO setups as well as customization of the tool. Our main target group were companies running larger project over month/years because that’s where we believe the tool is the most useful. We made the experience that the barrier we had to overcome to get into those companies was insanely high. Even though we had many promising presentations and follow-up discussions, the process of choosing new PM software (especially from a young company) was very slow and unsatisfactory. Therefore by going OS, we offer the tool in a transparent and cost efficient way and focus on services.

The Project Contract and the Statusreport have been completely reworked. The project trend is now displayed correctly and it only features preselected modules. Logos of the workspace and the project are also featured.
We have also implemented a notification system, that sends you an email in case your responsibilities in a task were changed. A notification system in the software itself is planned for the future.

Acquired a pilot customer for a long-term test under real-world circumstances. The customer is an automotive supplier which is also our primary target market and ithe project is led by one of our project managers and is expected to run for the next months.
