The model: no sponsored rankings. I manually verify pricing (including the add-ons vendors bury in fine print), test real integrations, and flag when a product's marketing doesn't match reality. Covers help desk, VoIP, contact center, and shared inbox tools — Zendesk, Freshdesk, RingCentral, Intercom, Front, and more.
Currently at ~200 impressions/day on Google, still in sandbox period. Would love to hear: what would make you actually trust a software review site?
