FabFit
Real classes for real people with real bodies and real goals
After weeks and weeks of toiling away with designs, updating the backend APIs and building the UI out - our new iOS app is ready! You can check it out here: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/fabfit-studio/id1479229302
The Android app is on its way, I'm currently integrating in app payments with Google Play and once that is complete the app will be ready to go live.
We've decided to keep the MVP very simple, it doesn't have feature parity with the web app yet. Some things that we need to add is the ability to watch a single class and add that class to your studio. For now we're focusing purely on our programmes.
We're going to start pushing our marketing efforts hard starting tomorrow. We've taken our foot of the gas the past few months and its time to put the the pedal to the metal. Hopefully we'll begin to see a big increase in numbers soon.
It’s funny how small, yet exciting these numbers are.
We recently hit 10 paying members, we only need 100 to be sustainable.
How are going to get the next 90? By doubling down on marketing. We’ve spent a lot of time refining our classes and ensuring our content is consistent, now I’m going to push our marketing again.
Our marketing will include Facebook and Instagram posts (Facebook works pretty well for us), some new blog posts (they work really well), and inviting unconverted members to extend their trial (we converted three people last time doing this)

Congrats Jamie.
I always like the idea of allowing unconverted members to extend their trial...Additionally, up-selling converted members really helps too as you already know they are willing to hand you their credit card.
Scale with what works until it doesn’t - then move on!

Good stuff, Jamie!
Just need to adjust your price point so you only need 10 customers to be sustainable! :P

Congrats Jamie
We now have 7 paying monthly members and 1 annual member, which will more than double this months revenue!
I'm over the moon that someone has signed up for the annual membership, it confirms that we're already providing enough value for someone to spend £98.
Also, it now feels like the pressure is on to up the quality of our content and get our mobile app out of the door.

That's really great! Make sure to ask that customer why he decided to upgrade.
Usually I ask my customers two questions:
- What do you like the most about our product?
- What is your biggest frustration about our product?
