I built FollowUp Local because I kept losing track of follow-ups in email and Excel.

I’m a PMA in a small team, and I wanted something much simpler than a CRM. Just one place to see what needs attention today, what’s upcoming, and what’s still processing.

It’s free, runs in the browser, and works with the Excel workflow we already use.

If you’re part of a small team that still relies on Excel for follow-ups, I’d love to hear what feels useful or annoying.

    This is interesting because it sounds like the real competitor isn’t another CRM — it’s Excel being “good enough” until follow-ups start slipping. What was the exact moment when the spreadsheet stopped working for your team: volume, multiple people touching the same lead, or just too many follow-up dates to track?
