Grok Bot Team Playbook
Run a Small Agent Crew Without the Slop
Blank-canvas panic after buying multi-agent tools is real. What burned our credits wasn’t “the model is dumb” — it was twelve poetic job titles and zero stop conditions.
What worked:
- One PDF operating playbook on disk
- Upload it to the Chief of Staff / CEO agent
- Paste a Master Prompt that forces Mode A (draft only; human publishes)
- Recruit only PM / Maker / Seller — one deliverable each, then STOP
- Spend discipline: learn on ~$20; prefer $50–$100 if you want visibility room; domain XOR one boost
Also locked: US-first rails (Gumroad + PayPal/Stripe thinking), human keeps money keys, no income hopium. Soft-smoke check: empty RAW MATERIAL → the agent asks six lived questions instead of inventing a niche. That gate alone saved a week of slop.
We packed the operating system we actually run as a short PDF ($19 → $29 after first sale):

Happy to answer “how do you keep Mode A from drifting?” in the comments.
About
Bought the crew. Still blank. Credits burned on twelve titles and zero stop lines – not a dumb model. Exists so tiny Grok Bot teams get Mode A from minute one: draft to disk, human paste, STOP.

The stop conditions seem like the real product. Have other users actually cut wasted agent spend with this playbook, or is the savings claim still based mainly on your own workflow?
You’re right that the stop conditions are the product – the PDF is mostly a way to install them.
Honest answer on spend: so far it’s grounded in our own runs (and a soft-smoke where empty RAW MATERIAL correctly refused to invent a niche). We haven’t got a third-party case study yet – playbook just went live – so I’m not going to claim “users cut X%.”
What we can stand behind: twelve titles + zero STOP burns credits; three jobs + draft-to-disk + human paste usually stops the thrash before model choice matters.
If you try it, I’d love a brutal note on whether the stop line held. That’s the feedback that matters more than a polished savings chart. 👌
That stop-condition behavior is the interesting part. If you’re open to it, what’s the best email to reach you on?
Happy to continue this way – best email is: quietlabops @ gmail (dot) kom
IH doesn’t let me post links, and apparently it counts email addresses as links too. ☝️🤓
Thanks — I tried the Gmail address, but it bounced as inactive. Could you send me the correct email?
Quick correction – that Gmail address just got taken down by Google (fresh account, appeal in progress).
Best email for now: rampokoira @ gmail kom
