Leads Ranger
AI Leads Generation - Multichannel Outreach & LinkedIn
This is my story. And it's not unique.
I was a founder. I was tired. I was spending my evenings doing manual lead research.
The process:
Open LinkedIn → search → copy-paste names.
Open Google Maps → find businesses → copy-paste addresses.
Open email verifier → paste list → wait → export.
Open email sender → import → write personalization.
Open warm-up tool → pray my reputation holds.
Open CRM → log everything → update statuses.
Open spreadsheet → track replies → manual follow-ups.
6 tools. 1 spreadsheet. 6+ hours. Every single week.
I was spending more time managing my sales stack than actually selling.
So I built Leads Ranger.
The idea was simple: Tell me who you want to reach. I'll find them. I'll verify them. I'll reach out. I'll manage the pipeline. You just close the deals.
How it works in 4 steps:
Discover: Type "dentists in Austin" → Zentra streams live leads in 47 seconds.
Verify: Emails checked. WhatsApp numbers validated. Heat scores assigned. All automatic.
Engage: AI writes personalized outreach. A/B tests. Follows up. All automatic.
Close: Replies land in unified inbox. AI drafts responses. Click to book calls. Takes 2 minutes.
The results of 1 month with my own tool:
2,490 real businesses found.
11,559 emails delivered.
490 replies received.
148 deals won.
No stale databases. No spreadsheets. No praying.
And yes—there's a Free forever plan.
No credit card. No trial countdown. 50 emails/day. Real harvests. Real AI outreach. Real pipeline.
2 minutes to go live. Cancel anytime.
Question for the community: What's the #1 thing blocking YOUR sales pipeline right now? Be honest. I'll respond to every comment personally.
3 cold, hard facts about B2B sales in 2026:
Email open rates are dropping. 2024 average was ~21%. 2026 is sliding further.
Your prospect gets 100+ cold emails per day. You're one of 100.
WhatsApp has 2+ billion users. 98% open rate. Most B2B teams aren't using it.
Nobody likes being one of 100.
I built Leads Ranger to give you a channel your competitors are ignoring.
Native WhatsApp outreach—built in, not bolted on:
QR code linking: Scan with your phone → connected in 30 seconds. No third-party keys. No expensive API credits.
Number validation: Every WhatsApp number checked before sending. You never waste credits on dead contacts.
One unified inbox: WhatsApp replies + email replies in one place. No switching apps. Everything flows into your dashboard.
AI drafts: Suggested responses ready for your approval. Reply faster. Stay consistent.
Pipeline stages: Move leads from Talking → Proposed → Won. No exporting to spreadsheets.
Real example:
I sent a WhatsApp message to a dental clinic owner at 9:14 AM.
9:18 AM: "Thursday at 2pm works 👍"
9:22 AM: Call booked.
9:45 AM: Demo completed.
10:15 AM: Deal moved to Proposed.
Total time from first message to warm lead: 4 minutes.
Email would have taken 48 hours. Minimum.
The kicker? WhatsApp is included in EVERY plan. Even Free.
Question: Are you using WhatsApp for B2B outreach? If yes, how's it going? If no, what's stopping you?
I spent 2 hours crafting the perfect email.
Personalized opening. Relevant case study. Clear value proposition. Friendly CTA.
Sent it to 500 leads.
Open rate: 2.3%
I wanted to throw my laptop out the window.
The cold, hard truth: Most outreach tools let you send and hope. They don't warn you when your reputation is tanking. They don't warm up your mailbox. They don't check if your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured correctly.
You're sending blind. And your emails are dying in spam.
Leads Ranger fights for your inbox placement—before, during, and after every campaign.
Built-in deliverability protection:
Mailbox warm-up: Exchanges realistic emails with a trusted network. Opens, replies, rescues from spam. Builds real sender reputation. Your health score improves over 14 days.
Pre-send spam scoring: Every sequence checked before it goes out. Catches issues BEFORE you damage your domain.
One-click DNS audit: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX in plain English. Most users fix issues in 5 minutes. No IT degree required.
Smart mailbox rotation: Automatic failover when one mailbox falters. Your campaign keeps running even if one provider flags you.
Health dashboard: 92/100? 78/100? You see it all. "Needs attention" panel points to exactly what to fix.
The result?
14 days of warm-up → 92/100 mailbox health score. Zero campaigns blocked. 34% higher reply rates vs. sending cold.
All on every plan that sends. Including the Free plan.
Question: What's YOUR deliverability horror story? I'll start: 40% bounce rate on a "verified" list. Never again.

Let me paint you a picture.
My stack 6 months ago:
Tool #1: Lead finder → $99/month
Tool #2: Email verifier → $49/month
Tool #3: Cold email sender → $149/month
Tool #4: Warm-up subscription → $39/month
Tool #5: CRM → $79/month
Tool #6: Spreadsheets → Free (but cost me 6+ hours/week)
Total: ~$415/month + 6+ hours of copy-paste hell
And they didn't talk to each other. Export. Clean. Import. Pray. Repeat.
That's not a sales stack. That's a Frankenstack.
I built Leads Ranger to kill the Frankenstack.
One login does it all:
Discover: Live map/directory harvesting. Type "roofing companies in Denver" and real businesses stream in live. Replaces Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Verify: Every email checked before sending. No burned reputation. Replaces Hunter and NeverBounce.
Engage: AI personalizes every email and WhatsApp message. A/B tests itself. Learns your voice once. Replaces Outreach and Salesloft.
Deliver: Built-in warm-up. DNS audit. Spam-score checks. Replaces Instantly and SmartLead.
Close: Unified inbox. AI drafts replies. Pipeline stages. Click to book calls. Replaces HubSpot and Pipedrive.
All in one place. All working together.
The result?
2 minutes to go live. Zero spreadsheets to manage. One inbox for all conversations. 5 hours saved every week. $415/month back in your pocket.
And yes—there's a Free forever plan.
Real harvests. Real AI outreach. Real pipeline. 50 emails/day. No credit card.
Question: What's the most ridiculous tool combination you've cobbled together? I'll share mine: I once used 7 tools AND a physical whiteboard.

It was 11:47 PM on a Tuesday. I was tired. I was frustrated. I was staring at yet another spreadsheet of stale, bounced, worthless leads that I'd paid $200 for.
The list was "curated." The list was "high-quality." The list was 40% dead.
That was the moment I snapped.
I built Leads Ranger because I refuse to believe that finding customers in 2026 should feel like digging for gold with a plastic spoon.
Here's what happens now:
I open my dashboard. I type: "Find me dentists in Austin."
Zentra (our AI discovery assistant) goes to work.
47 seconds later: 84 real businesses streaming in. Names. Websites. Phone numbers. Verified emails (checked before they even land). Heat scores (Hot = call them yesterday).
No spreadsheets. No copy-paste. No "please verify this email" nonsense.
And here's the part that still makes me smile:
The outreach writes itself. I fed my AI agent a "Business Brain" once—my services, my tone, my pricing. Now it personalizes every email like I wrote it on my best day. A/B tests itself. Follows up on schedule.
Replies land in one inbox. Email and WhatsApp. AI drafts a response. I approve it with one click.
The result?
2,490 leads found last month. 11,559 emails delivered. 490 replies. 148 deals won.
Best part? This is all on the Free forever plan.
No credit card. No trial countdown. 50 emails/day—enough to genuinely test the platform on YOUR business.
I'm not asking you to trust me. I'm asking you to spend 2 minutes trying it.
Question for the community: What's the most frustrating thing about lead generation right now? I'll personally respond to every single comment.

Creating an account with Google Email would improve user experience in my opinion.
For me it's distribution, not the pipeline itself. I run GHL agency audits and built a free checklist + a paid tool from that process got a sale within 48 hours of my first post, but the channel I posted in banned me for self-promo right after, so now the actual bottleneck is finding places where posting about what you built doesn't get you flagged. Curious if you found WhatsApp less saturated for cold outreach specifically because fewer competitors are exploring it yet, or is that changing fast too?
