Spintax is a clever syntax used in content spinning, a technique that allows you to create multiple variations of a piece of text without having to write each version manually. Spintax works by enclosing different word choices or phrases in curly braces and separating them with a pipe (|) symbol. Here's a simple example:

Here are some tips to get started with a cold email outreach campaign using MailRush.io.
MailRush.io is a Cold Email Automation Software and Email Service Provider built for B2B Cold Email Outreach campaigns that converts in more Responses, Bookings and Sales. Now, here is the list:
1- Use a Dedicated IP Account: A dedicated IP account is a must-have for cold outreach campaigns. This will ensure that your email deliverability is not impacted by any other sender's behavior.
2- Email Warming: Before launching your cold outreach campaign, make sure to run the included email warming for 2 weeks. This will help warm up your IP address and establish a good sending reputation.
3- Run a Single Campaign: It's important to run a single campaign at a time, rather than multiple campaigns simultaneously. This is important as the more campaigns you run, the higher the sending frequency and sending volumes which are important to keep low at an early stage of an account.
4- Email Frequency: To avoid being flagged as spam, we recommend sending emails as slowly as possible. Aim for one email every 2 to 5 minutes.
5- Sending Limit: Start your cold outreach campaign with a sending limit of 50 emails, and increase this by 5% daily with a maximum roof of 500 emails per day.
6- Follow-Ups: A maximum of 2 email follow-ups on the 3rd day and 5th day is recommended. This will give your prospects enough time to respond and also show that you're interested in their business while keeping your volume low. Sequences will compound fast.
7- Set a B2B Sending Schedule: Set a B2B sending schedule (Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm) in your prospect's timezone. This will ensure that your emails are being delivered at the most optimal time.
