    The QR workflow makes sense, but the interesting signal seems to be what changes after deployment. Have any teams shown measurable improvement in downtime, inspection completion, or repair turnaround yet, rather than just replacing the paper form?

      Thanks for the great question, Aryan! To be completely transparent, we’re still early-stage and running initial pilots, so we don't have long-term quantitative downtime metrics just yet. However, our core design hypothesis comes directly from feedback during early customer interviews: paper logs create a massive "triage delay." A minor issue noticed on Monday often sits on a clipboard until Friday, turning a $50 fix into a $5,000 engine breakdown. With QR scans, the immediate shift we're building for is zero-latency notification. The second an operator scans and flags an issue, the mechanic gets a alert with a photo - cutting triage time from days to minutes. Once our current pilot users complete a few billing cycles, I’ll be publishing a full case study with real downtime & ROI data!
