August 1, 2026 From 2 Months of Radio Silence to 10+ Paying Customers (still $0 Marketing)

Just crossed 10 paying customers :D it's getting real!

The milestone itself isn't that interesting. What changed between customer #0 and customer #10 is.

When I launched the beta, I thought my biggest problem would be building more features.

I was wrong.

The real bottleneck was reducing friction.

Every new customer got stuck in a different place:

  • They didn't know where to start.

  • They weren't sure what the product could actually do.

  • They expected different terminology.

  • They wanted the product to adapt to their workflow instead of learning mine.

So instead of adding more capabilities, I spent most of my time removing confusion.

Ironically, the product became more valuable by removing few things from the main screen.

Another thing I noticed is that the first customers don't buy because your product is complete.

They buy because they believe you'll make it fit their needs.

That's why August won't be about chasing more signups.

It's about turning these early customers into people who can't imagine going back to their old workflow.

The next stage isn't growth.

It's customization, onboarding, and making the product feel like it was built specifically for the people already paying.

June 25, 2026 The First Paying Customer Changes Everything

Today I got my first paying customer for Sistava.com.

After months of building, talking to users, giving demos and shipping improvements every single day, it finally happened.

The biggest lesson wasn't that someone paid. It was that almost nothing changed in the product. What changed was my understanding of the customer experience. Every conversation made the messaging clearer, the onboarding simpler, and the product easier to use. Reducing friction turned out to be far more valuable than adding more features.

What made this customer special wasn't the payment either. He believed in the vision from the beginning, challenged me with real-world problems, and even said he'd happily pay more if Sistava could replace more of the tools he uses today and already pay for. That was a much stronger signal than the payment itself. Made me feel how cheap my pricing was.

One paying customer doesn't mean product-market fit. It could still be an outlier. And I'm still loosing money overall. But it does mean I'm no longer building based entirely on assumptions. Now I have a real customer helping shape the product, and that's the milestone for today.

May 25, 2026 What the first 100 active users want from my AI Agents platform

I just crossed our first 100 activated users on Sistava.com. Instead of looking at total usage volume, I dug into the exact behavioral data to see what founders actually want to automate first.

The biggest takeaway? Nobody is using AI to brainstorm anymore. They want execution.

Here is where they are deploying their AI employees:

  • 43% Marketing: Content distribution and campaign execution.

  • 31% Sales: Cold outreach pipelines and lead mechanics.

  • 17% Operations: Managing back-office workflows and admin.

  • 9% Support & Finance: Resolving tickets and routing tasks.

The retention numbers show they are actually trusting the loops:

  • 41% return within 48 hours of setup.

  • 52% automate a completely separate workflow within week one.

  • 19% achieve multi-task velocity (running 3+ processes concurrently).

The product shocker: 23% of users immediately granted desktop-level access for browser automation. They are letting the agents control active browser windows to scrape leads and handle web apps unsupervised.

The relationship changes the second a user grants desktop control. It stops being a smart assistant experiment and becomes genuine, trust-based delegation.

Running this solo means I have to iterate fast based on these metrics. If you are building in the agent space, how are you tackling the UX friction of getting users to trust autonomous execution?

April 15, 2026 Day 1: We are live!

Launching before I felt ready was one of the best decisions I made.

Nothing creates focus like having real users. Once people start using your product, every assumption gets challenged, every rough edge becomes obvious, and your priorities become crystal clear.

I'd rather ship an imperfect product, learn from real feedback, and iterate quickly than spend months polishing features nobody asked for.

Feedback is always welcome.

January 7, 2026 A different way to think of AI Agents (Meet your AI Employee)

I've spent the last few years chasing a single idea:

What if AI could actually work for you instead of simply responding to prompts?

That question led me down a path of building products, each solving a different piece of the puzzle.

I spent about a year building an AI coaching platform, where I learned that people don't just want answers. They want AI that understands context, remembers, and evolves alongside them over time.

Then I spent nearly two years building an AI voice platform. That taught me something completely different: AI becomes far more valuable when it can integrate with the tools people already use, operate in the background, and execute long-running tasks instead of waiting for the next prompt.

Neither product was the final destination.

Together, they shaped the foundation for what I'm building today: Sistava.

Sistava combines everything I've learned into a single platform where you can hire AI employees that don't just chat. They collaborate, use your existing software, execute work across multiple steps, run in the background, and continue making progress while you focus on something else.

I'm not trying to build another AI tool that's tied to today's models or interfaces. Those will keep changing. Instead, I'm building around a concept I believe will outlast them all: an AI workforce that grows more capable as the technology evolves.

The models will change. The interfaces will change. The capabilities will improve.

But I believe the future isn't using AI as software.

It's working alongside AI employees.
