After months of building, I finally launched the first version of SocialFuse.
The idea came from a simple problem: creators receive hundreds of comments, and manually dealing with spam, hate, and repetitive questions is exhausting.
So I built a tool that helps automate moderation and engagement.

Building it wasn't easy. The biggest challenge wasn't coding—it was navigating Meta's APIs, Instagram permissions, OAuth flows, and business verification. I spent far more time dealing with integrations than writing features.
I'm still improving the product and would love honest feedback.

One thought: moderation and engagement solve very different jobs.
People will tolerate an AI making moderation decisions if it avoids obvious mistakes. They'll judge AI replies by a much higher standard because those responses become part of their brand. I suspect those two features will need very different measures of success over time.

I'm building PulseBoard, an AI-powered uptime monitoring platform, so I know the feeling of spending more time on integrations and production edge cases than writing the core features.
One thought: it could be really useful if businesses could customize the AI's tone (professional, friendly, humorous, etc.) for auto-replies so responses feel more aligned with their brand.
