Sports Pool HQ

I’m working on a side project called Sports Pool HQ.

The long-term idea is to create one clean platform for different sports pool formats, but I’m starting with football squares because it’s still usually handled with paper sheets, spreadsheets, screenshots, Venmo notes, and group texts.

The first version lets users:

- create a football squares pool

- invite players

- claim boxes

- track who has paid

- follow live scores

- view quarter winners

- use pool chat

- enter an existing paper pool into a tracker so the app can follow the game digitally

I built it because I’ve seen how messy these pools can get once you have multiple players, payments, live scores, winners, and group communication happening in different places.

I’m still early, so I’m not looking to sell anything yet. I’m looking for honest feedback on the product flow, mobile layout, and whether the idea is useful.

A few things I’d love feedback on:

- Is the landing page clear?

- Is the signup/login flow smooth?

- Is creating a pool easy to understand?

- Does claiming a square make sense?

- Would the paper pool tracker be useful?

- Is anything confusing, broken, or unnecessary?
