Man, I have been preparing for the launch since Sept. Now, I'm starting to get butterflies in my stomach.

Once I had the launch date, I started to enhance the existing features, making them more user-friendly, took me two months to completely renovate some of the modules.

Now, preparing for the launch then working on the Road Map.

Syrreo has been in private beta for some time now, I have made many changes based on the feedback but still needs tons of work.

My first launch of a digital product on AppSumo in Nov 2019. I'm thrilled, excited and nervous at the same time, working day and night to make this moment a success.

Today, June 5th I hit my first major milestone..

I have been using this app since 2016 to manage my business. Over the past three years, the app has evolved as did my needs.

I know Productivity / Business Management SaaS are a dime a dozen, but each app offers something different. However, none provides all.

Transferring from Dedicated to AWS! - 3 Day process!

Found lots of vulnerabilities in the code, so decided to rewrite the entire application. This time around took time, and double checked all the validations. It took a year to rewrite the code, but I think in the long rung it was worth. The code is cleaner with tons of comments, along the way I made tons of improvements/updates.

Due to this beta was pushed by 3-4 months. Beta launch Feb 1, 2019 (Fingers crossed)

Syrreo - A Greek word (Συρρεω) translation - Flow Together or Flock.

I took several months off in 2015 to be with my newborn son. I thought this would be a great time to start working on my SaaS. So I started writing down features and type of workflow I will want.

Due to my non-tech/coder background, I had to find someone cheap or at least reasonably priced individual who can help me develop this web app.

After executing the local search, I start looking on Freelancer.com and found a small team from India. I created the workflow, mockups, wireframe everything they possibly need to complete the project. I realized pretty quickly that you get what you pay for...where it was supposed to take 3 months to develop the entire application. It took 3 months to develop a single module, which was pretty buggy. However, I wasn't ready to give up, I went back to freelancer.com and found another team. It took another 3 months to have a MVP, still 3/4 of the app needed to be developed.

Due to the time difference and constant questions, I started to stay up most of the night with the team to minimize the errors. Very soon, days become nights and nights become day.... After about a year, we had our first draft of the complete app.

In 2010, I was stuck in Hawaii for a few months due to health reasons there I had a difficult time keep tabs on my existing print & promo agency business. My concern was not employee theft but customer orders, meeting the client deadlines, orders being approved by the client, are they being delivered on time., etc.

I always wanted to develop the SaaS but got busy with work and family and kept postponing. I'll start tomorrow, however tomorrow came after 5years.
