The lesson here is simple: perfection is a moving target. If you’re waiting to reach the ultimate version of your product before shipping, you’ll never launch. And if you stop after hitting one milestone of “perfect,” you’ll never innovate further.
Instead, embrace the cycle:

Make it better.
Repeat.

As we begin to expand Yumzy into the mobile space, we’ve made a deliberate choice: we're starting with iOS only, using Swift and native technologies.
Why?
Because focus brings quality.
Rather than stretch our small team thin trying to support both platforms from day one, we’re choosing to go deep—not wide. By building natively, we can tap into the full power of the iOS ecosystem, ensuring smoother performance, richer animations, tighter integrations (like voice recognition and system-level sharing), and overall a more delightful experience for our users.
It also gives us the flexibility to test, iterate, and polish quickly before scaling to Android.
Long-term? Absolutely, Yumzy will come to Android. But right now, our priority is to nail the experience, gather real user feedback, and build a rock-solid foundation.
Sometimes, the best way to move fast is to go slow—on purpose.
