Hello IH!

Last week I decided to listen to the "cliches" of our industry and launch fast!

For the past 6 months chasing this indie hacker dream I was slowly building products, polishing them and making them perfect(to me). All of them were flops. All of them.

In my experience, this resulted in two things.

Number one, the time I invested in a product resulted in emotional investment and naturally I had higher expectations for it.

Number two, when I failed, I feel like I was not good enough and feel bad about the time I lost.

My new found recipe: Launch fast with low expectations! If you fail you haven't lost much time to dwell upon and also you didn't have high expectations anyway. You are literally unbeatable!

I went from idea to launch last week with 'GitHub Gardener' and to my complete disbelief, I came up 3rd on Product Hunt. WTF... My most successful product was my scrappiest!

You can view the entire story from idea conception to launch on a single twitter thread:

This week I decided to do the same, this time with 'Maker Feed'. Again, I went from idea conception to launch in a week and documented everything on a single twitter thread.

Even if it flops, I don't care. I am high on momentum right now and buzzing!

Guys and girls, if anyone is reading this, launch fast, this changed EVERYTHING for me.

Peace and love <3

This is not me, but you get the point. Just saying in case you thought it was me..
