2 Weeks since I have launched Sociabot https://sociabot.app/ I have got +20 free-trail users, no paying customers yet
Any advise on marketing and getting my first customer

Congrats on launching!
This looks like the kind of app I would use and like to pay for, but two things stood out to me that make me nervous:
in order to even try this out I have to link it to my Instagram account, but your app is asking for my username and password instead of using an authorization workflow. I don't put login credentials into 3rd party apps unless I REALLY trust them, so that's a non-starter for me.
related to the trust in #1, there are a number of English grammar issues throughout the app. I recognize that English isn't everyone's first language (and your English is already better than I am at your first language, so I can't critique that) but... it doesn't help me trust that my login credentials are safe. Maybe you have a friend or colleague who can help you Q/A the copywriting for these kinds of issues!
charge more. Again, this is a trust signal thing. By having such cheap plans it makes me wonder if this is a real business.
It looks like you may have built something really nice. Now you have to work on earning your customers' trust!

Thanks, Alex :)
The point of authorization flow, it depends as we are using unofficial Instagram APIs as their are no official APIs to be used for Web Apps or such functionalities.
It basically mimic an Android Instagram App and use its API.
The point of Grammar, I will check that.
What do you think a suitable and more convincing prices, in your opinion?

That technical reason doesn't change the fact I don't trust a random app on the internet with my login info.
If you are a business-oriented product (which means you need to figure out a better way to handle login stuff and fix the issues that make you look untrustworthy), businesses usually expect price points starting at $30-50, $79-99, and then $100+.
1
mmm ... I will check what I can do on that aspect and regarding the pricing also, thanks a lot Alex :)

Putting your instagram's account password into a random website doesn't feel super safe to me!

Personally, I agree, the problem that we are using Unofficial APIs so, there is no official ways of doing that as I know

If you have 20+ trial users, that's 20+ people you can ask exactly that: "Why haven't you become a paying customer? What would it take for you to do it?"
1
I have done so, actually :), but I didn't get a reply and I don't know why

Stop thinking about your product and start thinking about your customers and what problem(s) they have which you're looking to solve. I know this is not what we developers like to focus on, but it's the right way forward.
Start by doing some serious thinking about who you're building this for and try to be as specific as possible.
Next, try to find a handful of people who fit within your target group and reach out to them. Try to get them on a call and try to get some feedback on your app and possibly do a demo.
If you're not getting anything useful, repeat this process until you do. While going through these motions, you will learn a ton about your customers, like where they hang out online, how they spend their time, etc. All of this will be of tremendous help when working on your marketing.
Good luck!

That is exactly what I'm trying to do. The problem is that I still didn't get a good result neither know where to start.
I have tried to target some sub-reddit and DMs some users their, I still trying to figure other ways of doing things
2
Improve on
-Messaging on the website
-Better login process
-Add a privacy page
-May be a simple explainer video so people can see the product in action even before logging in .
1
I will, I'm currently working on some of that list, but I still more concerned with the things I need to do from a marketing prospectives
2
just some tiny issues:
"Support" link in primary navbar on top is dead.
Login page says "Create my FlatDrop account", I'm guessing it's a prototype name?

Thanks for noting them, I will check these Up

How much traffic did you get? I've had some experience running a similar app in the past, and I found a lot of people do pay for a service like this. Agreed with others that the copywriting needs some work. I can understand why you're not using any official auth flow though – AFAIK Instagram isn't too welcoming about autoposting.
1
What do you mean by traffic here, number of users or something else?
Yes, you are totally correct about the point of official Auth flow, that's why we are using unofficial Instagram APIs
1
Yes, number of visits to the site. It can take hundreds of visits to make a sale, so if you only had a little bit of traffic and didn't sell anything yet, it might not yet be cause for worry.
Now how to get a good source of traffic, that's the biggest question for any site.

I understand now, I still have a very little traffic in number of tens until now, I'm trying to think how to increase the number of traffic and how to find a good one, but still didn't find the one

Thanks for noting up, I will check the problem there

You know a lot of apps use PHP, it's not a reason not to trust them. ;)

If you think that I wrote that because I believe the problem is PHP then think again ;)

This does not make me trust you at all:
