A simple system/template to help you make hard decisions

Here's the Google Sheet template.

I wanted to share a tool/template/approach that's helped me get clarity when making hard/large decisions in the past. I call it a decision matrix though I'd wager it has other names.

In short, you list out the criteria by which you want to make your decision, you then assign a weight of importance to each criteria, then score each option you're considering for each criteria.

At the end, you have an objective, numbers based score for each option, which helps me personally get past a lot of the emotions that I can often have when trying to make bigger decisions.
