Any PH Ship sucess story. I am stuck in limbo

Hi, I wanted to get tips on how to use the Product Hunt Ship "Free version" to get early users signed up. Do the paid plan really help. If so, please share your experience.

I am not a fan of the Pro plan asI have to pay every month for the same project, which might take a long process. Isint the use of a ship to launch a product and collect early users but Who launches start up every month. Wished they had Ship per project option. Till then I will have to live with the free option.

    Depends what you mean by success. Ship operates as a landing page while you get ready to launch on PH.

    You're still responsible for driving traffic to it and writing short compelling copy to get people to sign up or learn more while you're in the pre-launch phase. No paid upgrades will take those parts off your plate.

    I like the constraints they use as a framework for pre-launch. Makes you focus on getting to the point right away because you only get a few seconds of attention before they leave or subscribe.

    Here is my landing page copy framework:

    • Start with the pain point of my ideal customer

    • Tell them how I'd make the headache go away

    • Let them imagine life after using it

    • Show credibility with results I've gotten

    • Give a reason for them to add their email
