When sending cold email try to personalize as much a possible. Tailor your message to the recipient.
Be upfront about who you are with a valid send from address and tell your recipients how you can provide value to them. Remember they are receiving hundreds of emails a day. How can you help them? What makes you different or better than the competition?
Keep it short and to the point and have a clear call to action in your email.
I have used https://www.hotsol.net/ to send bulk email campaigns. The prices are very affordable for bulk emailing and the customer service is good. They have built in templates or you can upload one of your own.
In regards to templates, just google free email templates. There are many resources available. Here is a useful link :
Heya Suhas,
Follow-up, follow-up, follow-up. You get more replies from your follow-up emails than your initial email.
Short emails are better than long ones. Your recipients are busy.
Focus on them and the value to them.
Use 'You focused' language (http://kaidavis.com/you/) in your email. Don't just talk about yourself, talk about the other person's needs and wants.
There are a bunch of templates out there, but the issue with most free templates is they've been spammed to heck and back again.
You'll have the must success by:
Identifying a prospect
Writing a personalized email to that prospect
Turning that email into a template
Using that template when you do your outreach
When it comes to getting responses, focus on them and their needs. Talk about them, not you.
MailShake.com ($19/month, I advise my clients to use this as an entry level tool)
