Ask IH: Apache Spark as a service
Implemented Hadoop cluster and saved lots of $$ in terms of AWS EMR price monthly. Added some really good features which are not in AWS EMR .
I'm thinking of spark as service , these days most of startups are using EMR where cost is really high .
Need your feedback please
Have you had a look at this: https://cloud.google.com/dataproc/ ? I have not used it, but might be useful.
