Ask IH: Helpdesk recommendations for indie hackers (5+ mailboxes, 1 agent)

Which helpdesk solutions do you use and can recommend for fellow indiehackers?

Requirements:

  • 1 agent (just the hacker)

  • multiple domains (likely testing a few business ideas)

  • as many channels (mail, contact widget, live chat, helpdesk, Twitter, Facebook) as possible

    We've been using Helpscout for a better part of 2 years and love it. I have been tempted to use Teamwork but honestly don't see the need to switch from something that just works.
